This page details the terms and conditions on which Alice In Perfume supply to you any of the products listed on our website; www.aliceinperfume.co.uk. You should read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products from this site. In ordering any of the products on this site, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not accept any of these terms and conditions you must not purchase from or use this site.
1) Owner.
This site is operated by and your purchase will be made from Alice in Perfume Ltd. England & Wales company registration number: 08936588. Our registered office is: 10-14 Accommodation Road, Golders Green, London, NW11 8ED.

2) Contract.
After placing an order, we will send you an e-mail confirming that we have
received your order, giving an order number and a summary of your order. Your order
constitutes an offer to us to buy a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e-mail that confirms that the product has been dispatched. The contract between us will only be formed when we send you the dispatch confirmation.
This contract will relate only to products whose dispatch we have confirmed in the dispatch confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such products has been confirmed in a separate dispatch confirmation.
We may choose not to accept your order for any reason. We will notify you by email should this be the case. We will not be liable to you or any third party should this be the case.
3) Delivery.
Delivery charges will be applied and are clearly shown at the website checkout. We will deliver to the address given with your order. We are unable to deliver an order to multiple addresses, PO Box addresses and BFO addresses. All deliveries must be signed for. We can accept no responsibility for damage, destruction or loss after your delivery has been made. Please see our delivery policy for further details.
4) Returns.
All purchases are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Contracts
Regulations which came into force on June 13 th 2014. You may cancel your order anytime from the moment you place your order through to 14 days from the day you receive your delivery. You then have a further 14 days in which to return the purchase for a refund. All items returned must be returned unused, in their original packaging. All seals, bows, and cellophane packaging must be left untampered. Items that have been used in any way, may not be returned under the consumer Contracts Regulations.
Faulty items may be returned up to 30 days from the point of purchase. You are responsible for ensuring that items returned arrive in the same condition as delivered to you. Should items arrive damaged in transit in any way, then it will be your responsibility to pursue your carrier for compensation for such damage.

5) Allergens.
All perfumes from any manufacturer will contain ingredients that may cause allergic reaction to certain people. If you are one of the tiny percentage of unfortunate people who have ever had an allergic reaction to a perfume or a cosmetic product containing perfume then you should not purchase perfume products for the skin and you must not purchase from this site for your own use. If you have never had an allergic reaction and develop one then discontinue use of the product and where appropriate seek medical advice. All of our products are IFRA compliant, and have been issued with a cosmetic safety certificate by an appropriate registered Cosmetic Chemist. We adhere to all EU allergen labelling laws. A list of the ingredients for each item is given on the item description page. Given our compliancy with all IFRA and EU regulations, we accept no liability for any allergic reaction caused or any consequential loss.
6) Prices and payment.
All prices are given clearly on our web site. Prices are subject to change. We will always honour the price given at the time of the transaction. Delivery charges are additional and are shown at the checkout. We are unable to progress to delivery until we have received authorisation of receipt of payment from our card processing providers. We accept no liability for delay or non-delivery should the transaction be rejected by your card issuer, neither will we be liable for any charges which may be consequent to you from such non-authorisation.
7) Web site use.
You must not interfere with the proper working of this site or attempt to hack into its operating system, server, router or other items related to its operation. We do not guarantee continuous or error free operation of this site. We cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that any part of this site will be free from viruses, malware etc.

We strive to ensure that all descriptions, details, photos and prices are accurate; however we make no representation or warranty that these are accurate, complete or up to date. If any of these terms & conditions are declared invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be deleted from these terms & conditions and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure by us to enforce a right does not result in waiver of such right. We accept no responsibility for any consequential loss or business loss. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms & conditions. These terms & conditions shall apply under English law and any dispute shall be in an English court. We are required by law to inform you that purchases can only be concluded in English and that no public filing requirements apply. Nothing in these terms & conditions affects your statutory legal rights.
