We regret that, owing to strict Civil Aviation Authority regulations, we are at the moment only able to post Eau de Parfum to UK addresses.
Room fragrances and solid perfume balmslockets we are able post worldwide.
We are unable to deliver to BFPO or PO Box addresses.
All items for UK delivery will be sent via Royal Mail using their “Signed for” service. You can track and trace your delivery through the Royal Mail web site: https://www.royalmail.com/track-your- item
Should you not be available to receive your order, a card will be left for you to collect your parcel at your local Royal Mail sorting office.
Please be aware that Royal Mail does not regard an item as having gone missing until 10 working days past the expected delivery date. Working days are Monday to Friday and exclude all bank holidays or public holidays.

Due to Royal Mail restrictions regarding the delivery of Perfumes, larger orders may be delivered in more than one package. There will be no additional cost to the customer for this. You will be notified of the dispatch of all the packages making up your order as well as their individual tracking information.
